I believe this phelonic resin to be of german origin. I could be wrong, but id double check "german end of day bakelite ".

Molded in Chicago. I do believe the novelty boy is original from the Davies company. This is in excellent condition. In my mind I see a perfume bulb and hose with water in the bulb. Very available online. Really unique item for the bakelite enthusiast.
