Stanley No 40 1/2 Scrub Plane Made Between 1903-10 Reconditioned Great Shape:
$140.00

The 40 1/2 scrub plane was designed to slice wood quickly to make it thinner. Also goes cross grain of wood. Has a curved end blade that spoons wood out of the board. Its intent is to remove a lot of wood fast. I have not seen a lot of them thru the years but this one is in good condition. Thanks for looking study pictures for good description.
