Swid Powell by RM Postmodern Silver-Plated 'Cross Bowl' by Richard Meier RARE For Sale

Wonderful cool piece of rare art, Wow! And it was just sitting in my cupboard for years! I had no idea what a rare gem I had.Swid Powell was the highly acclaimed New York City based tableware company founded by Nan Swid and Addie Powell. The two founders had met at Knoll and built a new firm around the idea of an architect-driven line of tableware, re-introducing High Design into utilitarian wares in the 1980s. They collaborated with a long list of high profile architects and were in business through the end of the 20th Century.

Condition:

A small, localized tarnish spot is located near the bottom interior center of the bowl. See picture. It appears as a dark, circular discoloration mark on the silver-plated surface.I just used a silver polishing cloth I didn't word to much on getting out the age spots.
Fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.This piece sells in pristine condition for over $1,000+.Because of tarnish mark willing to go down in price and sell as is.
