Fantastic vintage Garfield figural aquarium produced by Hawkeye Corporation and dated © 1978 United Feature Syndicate, Inc.
This is the large approximately 2-gallon Garfield aquarium, with Garfield holding the clear aquarium bowl in his paws.
This particular example has a very noticeable bright yellow/golden-yellow coloration. Many examples of this model seen on the secondary market appear much more orange. I have not been able to verify whether Hawkeye officially designated different color variations, so the photographs should be considered the best representation of the actual color.
Marked on the back:

120 Volts – 60 Hz – 15 Watts Max
IMPORTANT: The built-in light is not working. A replacement bulb was tried and the light still did not operate. The switch feels as though it may be faulty, but this has not been professionally diagnosed. No repairs have been attempted. The electrical/light portion is sold as-is.
A wonderful display piece for a serious Garfield, Jim Davis, 1970s pop-culture, or vintage character collectible collection.
