I enjoyed a great time with family at this well known dining establishment over a decade ago. The staff gave me this oversized menu as a memento. It is no longer in use. Anyone who visits New Orleans will leave without having experienced its true history unless having dined at the famous Commanders Palace! Features Chef Tory McPhail, who served as Executive Chef at Commander\'s Palace until late 2020. The cover art is a drawing of the kitchen brigade signed by artist Napoli (\'92). Commander\'s Palace is one of the most famous and historic restaurants in New Orleans, operating in the Garden District since 1880. Menu is 10 1/2x17. This menu uses a lightweight cover stock or heavyweight cardstock paper. Smooth uncoated matte finish. There is a small rip on the right side near the top, otherwise in nice condition, especially for framing.
