Beautiful vintage English silver-plated serving tray retailed by Hardy Bros Ltd, measuring approximately 14 inches in diameter.The round tray features an exceptionally detailed engraved central design of scrolling acanthus leaves, flowers and foliate ornament, surrounded by an elaborate raised floral and scrollwork border. The center is engraved “Hardy Bros Ltd / Made in England.”A substantial and highly decorative piece suitable as a drinks tray, serving tray or display piece.Vintage condition with tarnish/patina, spotting, surface scratches and signs of use, particularly across the central field, as shown.
