ADVERTISING APPEAL: Overhead Door hard hats like this were issued to dealer installers and staff rather than sold retail, making branded examples scarcer than generic mass-market safety gear — a solid shelf or display piece for collectors of garage door hardware and trade advertising.
CONDITION: Used shell in good cosmetic condition — glossy finish, no cracks or structural damage noted. Suspension and adjustment ratchet are present and intact. A name was written in marker under the brim and on the back of the shell by a former owner; it is now faded and largely illegible (see photos). You can’t see writing if used as display piece on shelf. As with any used PPE, this hat's impact/use history prior to acquisition is unknown — sold as a used/display collectible, not certified or warranted for continued use as active job-site head protection.
