This substantial compact weighs approximately 54.2 grams and is marked STERLING, 14K, and MH. The design features a decorative 14K gold monogram plaque set into an engine-turned sterling silver body with classic geometric styling reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
The compact contains two interior compartments and retains its original mirrors, both of which remain highly reflective. The interior compartment covers and operating mechanisms are present. A large suspension bail is attached to the compact, allowing it to be carried from a chain, chatelaine, or other suspension device.
