Vintage Swingline XI Electro-Pointer electric pencil sharpener, circa early 1960s.

Fantastic streamlined Mid-Century / Machine Age industrial design. Manufactured by Swingline Inc., Long Island City, New York. Model XI.

Tested and works great. A freshly sharpened pencil is shown in the photos as an example of its operation. Adjustable selector at the front allows for different pencil point settings.

Includes the original removable shavings tray and power cord.

Condition: vintage used condition. There are various marks, scratches, gouges and areas of surface wear/damage to the gray plastic outer shell, as clearly shown in the photos. There is also age/use wear around the front adjustment dial. Despite the cosmetic wear, the sharpener is functioning very well.
