Vintage WWII U.S. M1939 Service Shoes - Walking Out Boots. Low quarter boots in russet brown leather with leather toe cap and partial original laces. Recycled rubber soles manufactured by PANCO. Boots of this type were worn in combat with leggings and were issued to Army personnel at the start of the War, to be later replaced by rough-out boots. No visible size markings - length approx. 12\". Nice used examples that remain overall very good. Thank you!
