Vintage Wales Novelty Junior lift arm lighter. Made in New York City. Super cool textured etched chrome Art Deco design with a woman and a dog. Estate fresh, as-found and un-tested. It is empty, no fluid and no flint. Condition is as photographed with wear as to be expected from age and use such as small scuffs, dings, light scratches, dirt, dust, etc etc. The nickel chrome plating is decent but does have a couple small cracks.
