Original early 1900s tobacco leather featuring a Western Reserve University collegiate pennant.
The piece features a red and white pennant prominently marked “RESERVE.” Western Reserve University later joined with Case Institute of Technology to form what is now Case Western Reserve University, making this an interesting early piece of Cleveland collegiate memorabilia.
The original red and white coloring remains nicely visible against the gold/tan leather.
