Vintage colorful 7\" wide with cardboard cutouts. Cutouts of a Petty Officer, Seaman 2nd Class, Apprentice Seaman 3rd Class, Seaman 1st Class and all are marked as such. 1940s. We found these a long time ago and found them under a box of stuff in our own warehouse. There are just a few. Excellent unused condition.
