Up for offers is this primitive early 1800's pewter or bronze wall hanging whale oil lamp with a hinged lid that could be used for light in a home hung on a wall or in one of the coal mines here in Western Pennsylvania hung on a beam. The lamp is in good condition but does have a dent as seen in the last picture and needs a wick. Otherwise a nice old primitive lamp.
