This is the 39 year old vintage newsstand variant of Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #1. This is the epic masterpiece written by Jim Shooter, with incredible artwork by Mike Zeck. This book is the major inspiration for the next Avengers movie, and the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The cover is vibrant, bright, and clean. There are very few stress points along the spine, and around the edges. There is a slight spine-roll on the back of this book. The pages are white. The cover, pages, and staples are solid. In my opinion, this book is Very-Fine+/Near-Mint-, between 8.5 to 9.0. Possibly rated a little higher, if not for the slight back cover spine-roll. This should be able to be professionally pressed, to correct it.
This book is a serious collector’s item, and a perfect candidate for professional grading.
