The program also has 1 spot on the front that appears to be the same substance. The Fords were speaking at the Fourth Anniversary Event for the Betty Ford Clinic. The program from the dinner/event is signed by President Gerald Ford as "Jerry Ford". The first edition book is authored and signed on July 16, 1986 by First Lady Betty Ford. There is a post it note signing request included inside the book. It measures 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 x 1 1/2" and weighs 1.5 lbs.
