Condition Note: My late husband was an IT Specialist and the one always refurbishing video game equipment and boards like these. I assume that since they were wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed up nicely they have been refurbished. But I have no way to test them. We usually don't offer refunds, but in this case I will totally issue a refund if you find that it doesn't work and you are unwilling or unable to make repairs to it. However, you will need to return the item first in order to receive a refund if it comes to that. Of course I will pay return shipping.
