I have had this in my collection on the shelf for many years.

It is a tecumseh 2.5 hp minibike engine with correct oil fill location along with correct muffler. I have checked for spark and it is there are far as any other troubleshooting for running hasnt been done. There is a date code on crank case 19-0-54
