Used but in Mint condition. 1.4 inches in diameter. Front pictures of American Capt. Isaac Hull and battle with the British ship Guerriere. Encircled with something in Latin (language). I believe this was handed out to donors of the 1920 era restoration and rebuilding of the US Constitution. Inside back is brass colored with blue letters. Extremely clear printing and union logos.
