SCANS/PHOTOS:
I use a high quality document scanner for the images I use for my items.If the certification number is listed in the item specifics and matches the number on the label of the book used for the scan, that will be the exact book you will receive. If the certification number in the item specifics reads \"Multiple Items/Certification Numbers\", only one of multiple books was scanned to use for a listing with a quantity of multiple like items. You may receive an identical book of the same issue, cover and grade and the case will be in acceptable condition but it may have a different certification number than the book used for the scan.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CGC CASE (HOLDER)
CGCViews their plastic holder as a means to protect the actual book from damage rather than a pristine part of the grade of the book or the item as a whole. There are a number of minor imperfections and flaws such as minor scuffing and scratches, minor cracking and/or indentations along the edges from the process of sealing the book inside of the case and minor imperfections in the plastics from manufacturing. CGC also considers Newton Rings to be a normal occurrence and these can appear and disappear at any time as the plastics could expand and contract with normal changes in weather and temperature. These only occur on a small percentage of CGC cases but most collectors have seen them and know to expect them from time to time.I do not list books with damage or any flaws that CGC would consider excessive such as actual case cracks or large scratches/excessive scuffing to the front/center of the case obstructing the view of the artwork. I pride myself on not sending terrible looking cases to my buyers and anything that arrives to me in unacceptable condition is immediately sent back to CGC for reholdering.
Please research common CGC case flaws before deciding to start collecting so you know what to expect and feel free to contact me to alleviate any concerns you may have regarding case flaws or Newton Rings before making a purchase. It\'s not possible to guarantee that any CGC case will be free of Newton Rings or common minor flaws and Item Not As Described returns cannot be made in situations where minor flaws or Newton Rings are present but I can always inspect the book and let a buyer know exactly which, if any, are present at the time of the purchase but Newton Rings can appear at any time on any case.
RETURNS:
Shipping damage and mistakes are rare but they do happen. Anything that arrives damaged or not as described in the listing will be covered with a full refund or a replacement. (detailed photos of the damage to the packaging and the item will be required).
Buyers will not be refunded their original shipping costs for returns made for reasons other than shipping damage or item not as described.
