The seat is in good condition overall- no rips or tears. Some wear from use. Seat, cover, and shoelace are a bit dirty.

The cover is a bit matted from use. Elastic has lost its elasticity and holes were punched through the edges long ago to hold it on with a shoelace to keep seat cover from coming off. Please see pics.
