These were for kids for there bicycle back in the day. I have stored these since new, and never put on my bike. The Idaho has slight rust on the too corners, but that adds charm & character. The Wisconsin plate is only 4”. I’m not sure where that came from from. They will be shipped by USPS Media Mail.
