Original Chevrolet LOGO Mechanics Factory Toolbox. Heavy duty metal. Built strong and has solid substantial weight. This toolbox has a large elevated (above the surface of the box) classic Chevrolet Bowtie Logo on both the front and back sides of the box. Logo itself measures 5 1/2 inches wide x 2 inches high. Double lock latches work fine. Tool box measures 14 inches long x 8 1/4 inches wide x 9 3/4 inches high. See all photographs as No Returns. RARE! 1940s to 1950’s. No big dents just scratches and wear from use. You can re-paint or leave as is since it gives it character. Some rust on inside bottom (can be sanded off) but still rock solid. This should be displayed in the trunk of your vintage or classic car, vintage pickup truck, or low-rider. The price is because this is the only one I have seen like this in fifty years of collecting and selling antiques. If it does not sell, I will just keep it.
