An original photo of the legendary American Aviator Phoebe Fairgrave Omlie, pioneer woman daredevil aviator, the first licensed woman transport pilot who set world records including the female high altitude parachutist, a barnstormer and air safety pioneer and a founder of the legendary female aviators society "The Ninety-Nines" . A fine original 8 x 10" closeup of Omlie wearing a leather flying helmet with goggles, standing in front of her Velie Monocoupe 90, the Moline, Illinois Mono Aircarft Company legend,, taken at the 1927 Cleveland , Ohio National Air Race.This original album photo comes w a color photocopy of the Air Show Dinner Program that I got with the album, also from the same Ohio estate. The photo is VG, still mounted on it's tattered black scrapbook page, with reverse pencil inscription "Phoebe Omlie".
